The BCA is headed by Keith Stokes-Smith FCIS, ACMA, President of Birmingham Consular Association, Honorary Chair of the Greater Birmingham Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce, and a Director of the African Business Chamber.
The BCA is supported by Birmingham City Council’s International Office who assist with strategic direction as well as administrative and secretarial support. The Association achieves its outcome by focusing upon three areas of Commonwealth interest, each area chaired by a highly proficient individual with relevant experience and skills.
